No Holiday Music for Boise Schools Elementary

Boise School District(BSD) elementary students will not have in-person music performances for the holidays this year, even though most (if not all) secondary school students and most (if not all) schools and districts around the state will have theirs?
What's the explanation?
Why should elementary school kids not perform in from of their parents this year?
Write to the school board and tell them you'd like a concert.
